Oneaccount.com Mortgage Offset
Morning,
I wasplaying around with their online calculator, and I can get the length of mortgage down from 11 to 2 years.
All the amounts I put in I can keep constant - savings, salaries, outgoings etc etc
What is the catch ? Nothing can be this good surely ?
Anybody have one of these ?

No catch except the interest rate is a bit higher than most other deals.
However not a problem if you pay off the mortgage in 2 years instead of 11!
I've had one for the last 10 years, their customer service is excellent. Only thing you have to watch is that you save more than you spend each month. Not always easy when in effect you have a very large overdraft!
Using the refer a friend scheme we could both get £120 if you apply.
