Hello folks.
Well do be more precise, where can I find a free copy private garage tenancy agreement on the net ? I can only find a couple from law firms where they want to charge me £15 for the download, and I'm a tight Scotsman !
Anybody let their's out ?
cheers,
AndytJ

Call me foolish or prudent, but it's a lockup FFS
I rent one out for £50 a month paid by standing order, same person for 5 years. Never bothered with a tenancy agreement, if they don't pay I'll leave their stuff in the road and bolt it up. If they want to move in and claim squatters' rights, with no power or water....... they'd deserve it !

Yup, they seem to be two separate things - although the garage tenancy agreement seems to simply be a truncated version of the House agreement. If it was a word document maybe I could delete the stuff that's not relavant ?
