Yes mate it is i work for o2 but tbh wait a while make sure the software is up to scratch ask about battery life and unless you have had an N series nokia before just have a play first and see how fast it opens up pages as they tend to be slow running symbian software

software is def slow on the n95, i used to own one, the battery was cutting dead by 6 o clock at the latest, usually around 4pm. the camera was slow aswell, too slow to use. in the end i had to sell mine. got £250 for it though

my 95 aint so bad, but compared to my new 5610 it does seem slow, but a superb phone none the less ![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
as for the n82 being exclusive. maybe an exclusive colour, but the handset will be available across all networks.
