Try waiting till about March
Some Boa's / Pythons can go off food from about October to March time
What are you currently feeding him on ? and how often was he eating

Remarkably similar question to one related in a story on BBC Radio 1 (Jo Whiley). On the same day as well?
Must be pure coincidence.

Don't miss my snakes when memories of feeding them are concerned!
My boa could be fussy but generally she was ok. I found she didn't like male rats (strong ratty smell lol) Also a quick blast in the microwave to warm them up a bit once defrosted always seemed to do the trick!
Think yourself lucky it's not a royal python! had to force feed mine (literally) from a baby.. nightmare. Getting it to eat on it's own took years of messing. A well warmed, dry and well presented mouse was needed. Even then it was 50/50 if it'd take it.
I'd also say when mine wouldn't eat the worst thing was to try the next day etc, best thing I found was to leave it another week or so, make sure they are hungry and too much fussing too soon would make things worse.

You have to admit that it's a coincidence worth questioning?

lol What I said was in jest from what I heard on Jo Whiley too, I know fek all about snakes and everyone text Jo Whiley saying the story she read out was a load of tripe anyway - Urban Myth etc.
