I bought an item off ebay but did a bank transfer rather than paypal. When the item arrived it was badly damaged. The seller is refusing to refund my money. What options do I have, I reported the matter to ebay but not sure if they can do anything about it. can I use the small claims court? I am struggling to find the sellers full address but I'm sure I'll get it one way or another.

 

what is the username of the seller on ebay? are they selling anything else?

 

I would rather not say just incase he uses this forum. If he lists anything else I will flag it up.
