Did anyone struggle to sleep last night (Tue)?
I couldn't get to sleep last night and probably only managed about 3hrs in total. My mrs confirmed during the early hours she too was struggling
I often think atmosphere can play a part - no not mine and the mrs's!
I do get minor headaches when there's heavy thunder clouds..
Anyone else have the same problem last night?
...runs before being sectioned....
Nick

I couldn't sleep either, and I felt like sh*t all day. Still do.

Yup....bad night, nightmare city for me
Did eat a lot later than normal so more due to the 'atmosphere' in my stomach I reckon

I think I sleep much more soundly when it's really cold. We had the window open, no jim-jams on and our 4 tog duvet on the bed last night, I slept like a log, lovely

Getting to sleep can be problematic. Just as one is winding down a thought pops into the head and you start thinking about something. Not particularly affected by weather or lunar phases personally. It's even harder getting up in the morning, nice warm bed and the desire to want to sleep till midday is sometimes hard to overcome.

Thats hypothermia territory
They do say different people are made for one another. I'd have to say we are not!!
Last night I had 3 duvets on, yes thats right THREE. The window was definitely closed, and I was curled up into a little ball for extra warmth

I slept like a baby. Woke up every two hours and crapped myself twice
Seriously though. I did have a bad night. Couldn't explain why, just couldn't sleep.

Slept alright but I have noticed days when everyone's come into work looking like crap and complained of feeling tired.

Aw Loooooooomi, don't say that, now my heart is broken
I do like a cold bedroom though, I like it when I can feel the cold air wafting around my head whilst my body is snuggled under the warm duvet. I can't bear anything over a 4 tog duvet
