Stayed in one of the above chain of hotels recently and despite the accommodation being of a good standard, my sleep was severely disturbed by a drunken party distributed in various rooms on the floor on which my room was located. Now, I know a bit of noise from adjacent noise from rooms can be par for the course when staying at hotels, but this lot were taking the p*ss all night long! Of course, it's hardly the hotel's fault if a few of their guests start playing up, but one would expect the hotel to at least try and deal with them. Despite several calls to reception on my part (all of them unanswered) nothing was done.

I complained via the website and today received a personal letter of apology and a full refund under their "good night's sleep" promise

Premier travel inn are consistently the best chain I have found. Innkeepers lodge are also excellent. I wouldn't wish Travelodge on my worst enemy sometimes.......

Travelodges are absolutely horrific, I'd rather spend a night in the cells

Premier Travel Inn all the way - use them a bit when working at various sites around the country. Way better than Travelodges - they're terrible!

I don't know. I stayed at a Travelodge last year when I went down to Oulton Park. Wasn't the Ritz, but clean and tidy.

Staying in any Travel/Premier type hotel on a weekend in the middle of a town is always risky. Stag & Hen nights causing noise till stupid O'clock.

I stayed down in Kent for a wedding and my room stank of **** !

Before I stay might I add they refunded the lot !!

Excellent !! Would defo use them again
