was filming on Barbados some 10 years back, in October from memory.
We had several rain showers - torrential - never seen anything like it. The roads became rivers in seconds.

You'll be ok, doesn't start until August / Sept IIRC. Just been myself for a fortnight, 25 - 30 degrees most days, very sunny, only rained two days and even then it was only overcast for an hour or two, few short showers, then sunny again
Take plenty of high factor sun cream, you'll need it
Fantastic time there, really didn't want to leave

Ah "seasons". A human concept applied to a geological form. Silly.

Seasons are a human concept. The planet has no idea what "seasons" are.

Seasons are a human concept. If potatoes weren't grown there before you grew them, long before you grew them, then don't expect to continue.
Most of the land that now supplies our oil is desert. There, at one point in time, must have been vast plant life.

Okay - But, like, does that really matter?
In the summer it's hot, in winter it's cold. In November it rains loads in the Carribean.
If I go to Siberia in December I don't think "Seasons..Hmm..such a human concept" I think "Siberia, winter, better bring a jacket".

klaatu, you've been really f***ing helpful with your answer to the OP's question. We've got the message, you don't like applying seasons geographically etc.
Anyhoo....Agree with the guys about things being worst at the end of summer sorta time. September ain't the best time to be out that way. Went to Barbados for Christmas in 2003 and it was roasting. God I wish I was going on hols some time soon!!!
Hope ya have a nice time over there!

One of many definitions of the word season:
A division of the year according to some
regularly recurrent phenomena , usually astronomical or
climatic .
Back to lessons child.

It's a vital and important point, if you chose to ignore it, it's your problem.
Some facts;
The moon is now 12 feet further away from earth than it was 150 years ago.
The Atlantic is 12 feet wider. The Pacific is 12 feet narrower than it was 150 years ago.
The Earth's core has slowed.
Australia is 12 feer further north than it was 150 years ago.
The Earth "changes" all the time.

Tell me, who made this definition? Humans, or our planet Earth? Seasons are a human concept. Our Earth, and power source, the Sun, has no concept of these ideas.

Yes.
I do not know God.
I can neither confirm nor deny that.
No.
