What?

Say that Musicians shouldn't have to pay the congestion charge or Taxes?!?!

This is the same woman who ranted about us little people using our cars to go to the supermarket in, while she flew around various continents looking for children to adopt isn't it?

Silly bitch.

What she should have done was to reaserch the topic of C-charge and public transport properly, rather than just "speak out". The C-charge was to, partly, fund increased PT, it, surprise surprise, hasn't worked.

She has alternatives, most people don't.

What has she offered in that drivel she spoke? None that I can see. The tube is quick, buses can be and cars are still cheap. Walking is only an option if you are brave and live near to where you work.

London is a massive place full of cars and people, and will always be that way until cars are banned or some other solution is offered.

She's talking ****e other than stating the obvious.

If musicians should be given free reign to drive around on the cheap then we'll all take up the recorder and use that loophole

Idiot.

The Tube handles 1 billion rides each year, and think that is still an unbeaten record for any mass transit rail system anywhere in the world.

There had to be a reason behnd 'her' statement. I doubt the record company had much to do with it either.

'Madonna has criticised various aspects of UK life since moving to Britain, including lazy builders, officious parking wardens, fuel prices, old-fashioned hospitals and the weather. '

Well if she dislikes it so much, why the foof doesn't she go back to the good ol' USofA? I'm sure you don't find any builders who would rather sit on their bums, or weather such as hurricanes etc,and rising fuel costs over there

See.. contrary to the beliefs of some of the more liberal members of SN.. we're not racialist () in here.... white foreigners can bugger off back to where they come from if they don't like it here as well!

The woman's an idiot (imho)

Somewhere DEEP in the text, her intent can be contorted to suit the motorists' perspective.
But, it's just self-promotion cr@p from someone, who if she's becoming so critical of living here (as an immigrant), then there's a simple answer. Leave.

Personally, I can't stand Red Ken, and I don't even live in London, nor have any need or desire to visit the capital, but until someone else gets voted in with WORKABLE solutions to the problems, then you're stuck with him.
