But another one to watch out for on DVD is War of the worlds 2: The next wave. Avoid at all costs!
And yes I have seen 'Meet the spartans', the only best bit going for it was seeing Carman Electra

the one and only part of the whole film that raised a smile from me was the Spartan's marching/dancing. Other than that, there was not one worth while joke.
PS Carmen Electra looks old init imo.

I thought WotW was a recruitment video for those scientology freaks Either that or the aliens had returned to collect Tom and take him away.
Hopefully for good.
Christ he's annoying
Anyone know much about Son of Rambow? I've seen it advertised a couple of times last night.

Just had a quick read on imdb, gets a good write up, and paramount bought it direct from Sundance for 8 million dollars, so they must reckon its a winner
Eric Sykes is in it too, didnt realise he is still around acting, he must be in his 80's by now

i love slapstick films ie Naked Gun, Spaceballs etc etc but these films have jokes that fit in with the film, unfortunately Meet the Spartans just had joke after joke which didn't make sense or fit in to what they were doing. How the people who made it could actually stand by it as a good film is beyond me

The trailers looked like a mish-mash of random junk to me...
I'm not that picky about what I go and watch at the cinema - but it didn't even cross my mind to think about going to watch that.
