I have often commented before (in a semi drunken tongue in cheek manner) about the benefits of introducing a Reproduction License. Such a license would be issued to heterosexual couples in employment with no criminal records and the number of children permitted would depend on income etc. Any kids born outside the parameters of the license would be put up for adoption... You know - proper "put the worlds to rights banter" after 8 pints in the pub type talk... I am not really a facist lunatic...

BUT!!

Last night I went to a small town centre pub which has a splendid covered and heated smoking area within a little walled garden and at half time in the match between Saints and Dirty Leeds Scum, I went out for some menthol nicoteen goodness. When I got out there, I happened upon a conversation between two girls, who it turned out during my earwigging were 19...

One of the girls (girl 1) was clearly about 7 months pregnant, half pi$$ed on Bacardi Breezer and chain smoking... The conversation between her and "girl 2" went something like this:

Girl 1 - I hate the way everyone looks down their nose at me when I come out into town these days. So what if I am pregnant and pi$$ed and a smoker? It's none of their f*ckin business.
Girl 2 - I know what your saying, but it does look bad mate.
Girl 1 - Bollox, I drank every night when I was pregnant with my first and, alright she's a bit mental, but she came out alright, it's my body at the end of the day.
Girl 2 - Aye I guess so, at least you've given up the drugs.
Girl 1 - Yeah - I have stopped the weed too now.
Girl 2 - Yeah but Tommy (the father) came in with an ounce before - does he smoke that in front of you or 'firstborn'?
Girl 1 - Nahh he's babysitting tonight, so he'll wait till she's in bed before he starts on that. Right, I need another beer, are you coming back inside...



And suddenly it dawned on me - my 8 pint rambles about reproduction licenses, never made more sense... This filthy fat whorelet doesnt deserve to have children when there are decent hardworking caring people out there who cant have kids themselves through no fault of their own...

So I am going to lobby my local MP... Well, maybe after another 8 pints that is...

 

^^^I'm sure every decent person with intelligence will agree to your proposal and the reasons behind it. I don't think however it would ever be a vote winner.

No doubt, things would be alot better if something like that was introduced but sadly, cant see it happening anytime soon.

The sad thing is all the decent hard working/money earning people dont have time to have children or cant for medical reasons and its them that are moving out of this sh1tty country whilst the scum sit, sponge and breed.

 

I completely agree with what you have said, unfortunely we have breed a generation (or two) of spongers, who just dont think that they have any repsonsibilties or indeed have to work, and that the state will bail them out regardless. I say stop all the benefits for the likes of the above.

I fully agree, but that's the state of the country these days. People will look, but they don't say anything. My mates missus does the same, (she looks 9 months pregnant but is actually on three months gone) the other night she parked her **** with us and started on pints of WKD and lemonade, then went out for a smoke.

We've all told my mate to get a 1 way flight out of the country. I would if I was him. After all, we are paying for hundreds as it is so I doubt one more would make significant difference to the state's coffers. Normally I'd tell him to stay and pay for the kid, but we all know that he'll be miserable for the rest of the time he's with the silly bint. Feel sorry for him, but he should've been more careful. Or at least found someone better!

And I personally think it WOULD be a vote winner. Make sure the elections are on Giro day and you can rule out any crosses in boxes from the spongers, as they'd be down the pub / dealers for the duration.

 

It does seem sometimes that the ability to reproduce seems to increase with the lack of IQ with a lot of people.

China had something similar for years didnt they ? Wasnt it something like each couple could only have one child, and got fined if they had more ? Perhaps if we fined people for having more than two kids rather than rewarding them with a bigger council house and more benefits they'd learn to keep their legs closed.

In my wifes school, there is one notorious family - all their kids are *******, and the older ones are just starting to get sent to prison now. The mother has 6 kids by 5 different fathers, never seems to work apart from dealing a bit on the side, and is probably better off financially than most of the parents who go out to work.

 

Does make a lot of sense, it is a shame that the clueless can breed with inpunity and those who work for a living struggle to afford to.

It is possible for the clueless to produce some useful and intelligent individuals, as is the opposite but the odds are against it.

No wonder the country is a mess, the responsible are paying for the irresponsible, lazy and stupid whereas the welfare state was intended for the sick, disabled and vulnerable, its ended up as a safety net for those that cant be arsed. It used to be the pride of Britain, now its a laughing stock.

When you hear things like immigrants from rural Pakistan coming to the country and continuing the practice of marrying first cousins, it just annoys me, this means they have kids with disabilities which could be avoided, anyone can have the misfortune to have a child with a disability but why court it, you say anything you are labelled racist, racist implies hate, I dont hate immigrants from rural Pakistan, I dont hate anyone I just think we should retain a right of reply without being villified. I would struggle with my conscience as a bar person/landlord selling alcohol (in any quantity) to obviously pregnant women, ok half Guinness for the Iron is ok but several bottles of Bright Blue alcopop isnt, "its my body", er sorry love but for the time being its not, ok its easy to pontificate being male but ffs you get pregnant you stop drinking and smoking, because like the cousin ******** you will harm the unborn child which may well arrive damaged, but oh, you would love that, extra benefits !

 

It is down to attitudes to life, feelings of responsibility, and moral standards as much as anything I think. People used to take pride in bringing up their children to be a credit to them as far as possible and were also allowed ro discipline them when necessary without fear of prosecution. A child will usually need physical chastisement when it persists in doing wrong, no punishment and the child will just ignore what it is being told. If they are not guided by their parents children will tend to take the wrong path naturally as they grow up.

So many of the present generation of parents seem to have no idea of controlling their children or do not have to will to do so anyway. They even actively encourage their children to drink and smoke from a young age and allow them to stay out on the streets until very late with no supervision. The schools are also not allowed to control the children in a positive manner any more so they will take advantage of the situation and act disruptively thus screwing the chances of the other children to learn even if they wanted to.

These of course will be the next generation of parents and since children will often use their parents as a model for their own behaviour, what chance have they got?

Moral standards have dropped to gutter levels generally which has been deliberately encouraged by the attitude of the plonkers who are running the show! There must be a basic reason for this, leading eventually to the total destruction of all we once had pride for in this country. This has been a shameful period in our history!
