You won't be reading this till you get back but well done and all the very best.
I've got a lot of time for people who have a go at that distance. I always struggled with the 100 yds at school

I went back to watching Stiggy and am really pleased that I saw you being interviewed about 3 hours into the event. That was a pretty heavy costume but you were looking pretty fit. Really well done
What an amazing event it is, tremendous spirit, it brings out the best in everyone and all being done to help out those who need it.

Well done, you! Any ideas how much you managed to raise ( for a good cause too!)

good show you will enjoy it i'm sure.I start training on new years eve morning, then two runs following week and slowly built up to 4 runs aweek monday 5,wednesday 8, friday 6.5, sundays were long runs building up the distance each week up to 22.5.my advice would be to start as soon as you can to make it easier i think i left it a late as i did not know i had a place so being me or a tipable bloke left it till the last minute.also if there's a running club near by they put you though your paces, i started going to northbrook running club in the middle of febuary and helped heaps.stiggy
