Question Training Question

Been using dumbells in a series of exercises for the last year or so, getting some nice definition etc, but wondering how to build up the muscle at the back of the arm. ie bicep fine but whatever it is the other side.

Also interested in shoulder/chest exercises just using dumbells/self.

Oh & keep the words simple please - things like "Chest Flys" don't mean much to me LOL

Ta!

lol I dunno how else to describe it, google is your friend, you will find detailed instructions and pics of how to do the exercises.

Go light with the weight to start with, triceps dont take alot of weight to work them hard, by god they will let you know too

Puff check this out.

this might explain things better....

YouTube - Triceps Workout

YouTube - Chest and Bench Press Workout

Also get yourself an EZ curl bar, you can do great bicep and tricep excercises with one of these.

another good tricep workout is tricep dips...

just get in the doggy position on your bench and shove the dumbell out behind you.

All that test has gone to your head
