Default House of Fraser - Cardiff or Brum

Got a Virgin Experience voucher for £250 but there is nothing much i fancy so thought I might as well do the personal shopper stuff and get £200 of clothes (for 225). Nearest to me is:

Reading
Cardiff
Birmingham
London

Reading is crap, I don't fancy fighting the hordes in london, so anyone know what HoF is like in Cardiff and/or Brum?

The Birmingham branch is alright, certainly a fair size with good mens dept (excellent tv and home entertainment dept, could spend hours in there). Only downside is its in Brum

Brum (ex-Rackhams) spend a fortune tarting up the place when Selfridges opened in the Bullring. The basement went "no straight lines" (again, probably mimicking Selfies) and is probably the best floor (kitchen, food, wines and spirits).

The "mens floor" has never really appealed to me, but i am not a designer junkie. If your "experience" lets you, go sub-ground

Cardiff one is nice, as is Cardiff city centre these days since they cleaned it up and redeveloped it.

Youknowsit clart.

Edit: Oh also there's a place in Cirencester (Rackhams) which is part of the HoF group if you just want somewhere to spend your voucher - might be worth seeing if you can spend it there.
