We use DHL's services to deliver parcels.
We have an account worth to them 80-90k a year.
They have put us on stop due to unpaid invoices.
On the surface you'd think fair enough. . . . But. . .
The outstanding balances on the invoices relate to outstanding credits which we are due.
Our account manager for DHL has authorized the credits, her boss has authorized the credits. . . accounts have not raised the credits.
Nightmare.

I work for them (not courier side though but contract logistics) but we use them for our parcels.
When they do it right there is no problem and it is a good service, but when things go wrong getting it sorted becomes an issue (luckily we dont get stopped as we are part of the same company)
