Best phone i've had . for me it's the perfect mix between pda and phone. Use the wireless daily, TOMTOM built in (using the internal GPS). Sportstracker for keeping track of my cycle training! (you'll be able to live track me on the internet next month when i ride Manchester to Blackpool).
Had mine since launch day (May 07) and am way overdue an upgrade but waiting for the new N96. in August (ish).

I'll differ from everyone else, I don't think it's that spectacular, it's quite bulky and can become very slow when the memory starts getting used up.
Take a look at the features it has and think about if you need them or not, I only use it for the odd photo, video and then making calls and sending messages.
Three are currently doing them for £20 a month with 300 mins/texts or the 8Gb for £30. On top of that using the refer a mate scheme you and your mate will be credited £30
You can use my three number if you like

I'm "gadget nerd". This is the best phone I've had. Even with the new N96, I fail to see any reason to upgrade.
I've got a PDA, which is just used for TomTom. The N95 is sync'd to my Mac, talks quite happily with my PDA, Ipod Touch and anything else I chuck at it.
The camera is great. The video is pretty good - the zoom isn't.
As others have said, the phone can slow down, but is really good.
I won't be upgrading to the 96 unless it is FANTASTIC. The Iphone also won't get a look in.
My contract is due pretty soon, and I think I'll be quite happy to be "out of contract" with Vodafone fighting to sign me up again. The reason being, "Why?"![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

I had 2, earpiece speakers went on both! then they wanted to charge me £40 for a repair
while still under warrenty
told them i'd see what a judge had to say about that as it had only been used for 4 calls in a month!
worst battery life i've ever experienced on a phone! and i've had phones for 20yrs.. if you dont really need the gadgets dont bother

I have had mine for more than a year, still on the original phone. Mine was bought sim free in europe, and is currently connected to T-Mobile with Web N Walk plus. Never had any issues, and its used extensivly for both data via 3G and its wireless connection. Battery life out of the box can be poor, but a combination of the latest firmware (unbranded version) and some tweaks to the settings I can get more than 3 days between charges if just used for calls. Wifi eats the battery, if used for prolonged periods though.
I also use Tomtom, via the internal gps reciever (yes it can be done, google is your friend, via a 3rd party app). as well as the latest nokia maps and google maps. There are a lot of good 3rd party apps out there, making it a good all round phone.

Really like it on V20 firmware - other than sticky WLAN everything works (which is more than can be said for Sony P990's).
Battery life poor (well, its a laptop really!) and still not sure if you actually get usable GPS with actual maps with it. Also doesn't charge via USB which is pants when using it as a modem for the laptop. Had to use missus' cheaper Nokia to make calls in hospital the other day as mine just wouldn't get a decent signal - she got 3 bars...
Still, best phone yet for me though and someone says its a chunky brick![Freak3](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/freak3.gif)
