Friend of mine has a return ticket to Cape Town. However, her visit is at the same time she is supposed to start her new job - bad timing!

Is it possible to exchange this ticket for a flight at some other time or get the money back. She is due to fly at the end of Feb. Otherwise, by not going she will lose the £450 for the ticket, but start her job.

Any help would be appreciated

Hello

It depends what the restrictions are on the ticket. As it was £450, it definately isn't a fully flexible one.

However, you can change some discounted tcikets by paying a penalty (which ranges from £50 to the cost of a club ticket).

Just phone the airline and they will tell you.

Steve.
