Holiday at work
Hi all,
Just need some advice. The other half is a Beauty Therapist and her old manager left a while back and they now have a new manager.
She works on a rota which consists of her working three weekends out of the four weekends in a month. The manager has now said she can only take four weekends a year holiday. Surely this can't be right. I thought as long as you gave plenty of warning there shouldn't be a problem.
Does this seem fair?

i can't remember the last time I got a massage though. Been together 4 years and the first few months I had lots of treatments including extras
