Why is it that now on the BBC, I get news about London instead of news about the Midlands. I know we used to have UK Today due to Sky not being regionalised, but I don't live in London and quite frankly, don't give a damn about it! ![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
So, if anyone knows the new channel numbers, please can they help me. Sick of hearing about how underfunded our capital is!!![Wink](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Thanks in advance
Clare

Hello Clare,
Don't think you can currently get regional BBC through Sky Digital.
But below are the regional ITV channels and BBC2 regions. When the other regions appear, I would imagine that they will be around these channels![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
960 BBC TWO Scot
961 BBC 2W
962 BBC TWO NI
963 ITV1 (only in overlap areas)
964 ITV1 (only in overlap areas)
Although I may be wrong, as I know you can find other 'hidden' channels if you know the settings.

Heres some other regional channels you can add through the manual tuning bit . . . . (but I think most of these have now been added to the list)
Transponders 41-56 use Symbol Rate 22.0 & FEC 5/6
49 10832H ITV1 London ITV1 regions
49 10832H ITV1 Central
49 10832H ITV1 HTV Wales
49 10832H ITV1 HTV West
49 10832H ITV1 W Country
53 10891H ITV1 Anglia ITV1 regions
53 10891H ITV1 Border
53 10891H ITV1 BorderSco
53 10891H ITV1 Granada
53 10891H ITV1 Meridian
53 10891H ITV1 Yorkshire
53 10891H ITV1 Tyne Tees
54 10906V ITV Channel Is ITV1 regions
54 10906V Grampian TV
54 10906V Scottish TV
54 10906V UTV
To access the above channels, you need to add them to the "Other Channels" section of the Digibox "Services" menu.
Bring up the Services menu and choose option 4 for System Setup then 4 again for Add Channels. Type in the frequency as given above, together with the polarity letter. For transponders 1 to 40 leave the Symbol rate and FEC at their default values, for other frequencies change them to the settings shown in the above table. Choose Find Channels and the list of channels being broadcast by that transponder appears. Highlight the name and press the yellow button for all the ones you wish to add to your list. Pressing the Select button saves your choices; your selected channels will now be available under the "Other Channels" option on the Services menu. You can save up to 50 channels in this fashion.

Also found this:
How do I get BBC1 Scotland in England? Or BBC1 Wales in Scotland etc?
The BBC region you get is based on your postcode and cannot be overridden. All you can do is 'borrow' a box & card from someone who lives in the region you wish to view. Also, remember that the BBC2 regions are freely available on the EPG (apart from some sporting events) and the BBC's intention is to move more regional programming to those channels.

Yeah, what he said.
But be quick. Once the red button prompt disappears you're stuck listening to recipes for boiled beef and carrots, doing the Lambeth walk etc.

Is ITV2 meant to be free on SKY digital(sattelite) if you don't subscribe to any packages after having had a contract for over a year.
When asking for it on my mum's behalf they say no but maybe they are just being difficult.
Can get ITV1 etc OK.
