I'm not jealous of you lot at all I love the FOS but since I moved to Yorkshire and Bob started working shifts it's got harder and harder to go, I missed it last year too.
Maybe next I'll try and organise a bit of a NSR group visit

It would appear history repeats itself, with a lewis no show !!!!!
On the other hand if you did turn up, and met me, you still didnt have the
gumption to introduce yourself!
Les, on the other hand was a true star, wonderful to meet, and put a face
to the name
Where were the others? we were outside the BMW marquee at 2pM

Ha ha-thats for you to find out! Blonde or otherwise
What a great day, Mart and I were disappointed no-one else turned up. I did ask one bloke if he was SN and he no but he had a Scooby. We had a good chat and I think he may join us eventually.
I want one of those motor bikes to ride over the roof-or a Phantom!

So this isn't you then Les?
I would've come along but it was just too far for me, maybe next year I'll get to meet you as I can't imagine being able to manage three years on the trot without going, the FOS is absolute petrolhead heaven

You will just have to come next year as you said. All will be revealed-or quite a lot anyway.
Impressive that he is wearing the original early WW2 goggles though.

Wow! What a day we had yesterday. The first run on the stage was cut short due to the Quattro S1's gearbox having a problem.
I thought that was it but Andy being the guy he is offered to take her again in the afternoon.
This run was going to be something else as Andy was determined to beat Macus Dodd in the ex works Hyundai. After spending ages getting the car set up with new tyres , suspension etc out they went crossing the line in 2:27:2 equalling Dodd but beating Solberg in the Subaru to be joint second fastest of the day with Mikko Hirvonen.
Big thanks to Andy Burton, his wife Jo, Darren ans Sue and everyone else who gave us a day we'll remember for a very long time.

What a shame we hadnt seen the thread before. You missed out sir, as Mrs Swiss and her brother were there I sadly wasnt as I was looking after the ankle biters. If you saw some woman tottering around in highly unsuitable high heels with big *****, that would have been her

Can't understand why you didn't nail the ankle biters to the floor and come along too.
Next year perhap's, I will be at the Revival meeting on 20Sept. though.
