It's a while now since Blears' computer, containing data she was not allowed in law to have outside Whitehall, was stolen.

Why have we heard nothing more about whether she, or anyone else, will be prosecuted for the breach?

It wasn't illegal , just against procedures and it was her minions who got the blame. They were disciplined but did not lose their jobs.
