Look on ku990.co.uk, and you will see that LG have no customer support at all!
I have a viewty, and unlike my old w880i, you cant just download and change themes at will, lg's have to be hacked in a fairly serious way to do anything at all with them, unlike nokias n95 for example ( i.e its nigh on impossible for the average user to put 3rd party apps an lg phone, it seems they dont like people messing with their phones)
What a waste of a touch screen, although if your feeling brave, some of the lads at ku990 have made some beautiful themes!
Plus ku990 has had confiramtion from lg uk that NO firmware updates will be available, and considering the viewty gained loads of bugs when the uk translated firmware was written, this is a **** take!
I would imagine all of the above relates to the secret as well!
All in all, lg make initially interesting products, but fail to support them, instead prefering to concentrate on new models instead!
But the secret is a nice looking phone!

That's great, thanks for the advice, think i'll be going for the N95 8GB then, not fussed for the N96 as I find phones always have bugs when they first come out, i'm hoping the N95 will be ok by now
