Regina V Imatrukas, place your bets please!

Mods, please be lenient and let this stay in general till the verdict is known.
cheers,
astraboy.
LAYDEES AND GENTLEMEN! Place your bets for the event of the century!
Today Your friend and mine, Imatrukas, will find out if he's able to keep driving upon the queens highway. I am therefore opening the *official* Scoobynet Bookies to take bets on what will become of the ray of sunshine we know as Imatrukas.
The winning bet (or closest to) will receive the price (sorry no cash alternative) of the right to rip the p1ss out of the defendent and/or call him a jammy barsteward should nothing short of a miracle happen and he walk out with his licence intact.
Place your bets NNNNNAAAAAAOOOOOOOWWWWWWW!!!

Remember people, hes up for incitement to race, dangerous driving (wheelspinning) and 50 in a 30 but it all depends on what he can get away with and how many points he's already got.
I also need a yey or nay for whether he "tots up" or not.
astraboy.
P.S. Scott, check my review in non scooby mate. 2nd or 3rd page by now.

Well the way the law seems to work lately, the less serious the crime, the worse the sentence is, so if murderers and rapists can get away with a couple of years time, mobile phone thieves get 5 years, being a naughty boy in your car must equal life imprisonment!!!! Wrong time to be going to court me thinks! Hope they haven't reintroduced capital punishment or he could be in real trouble

If he gets banned, then it will prove my lack of faith in the justice system that seems so biased against motorists.
The facts:
The police were behind the car that was behind him, so how could they see if he was wheelspinning or know what speed he was doing?
I hope because of this he will get let off, but I bet it will be the usual case that the police need no physical evidence and it just needs to be what "they believe" to be the case to get a conviction.
This country sucks the big one. Like or dislike Ima, that is not right.
I believe he has six points currently on his license, so he shouldn't get banned from the totting up process.

Now then now then then now....
I might go the insanity way......i heard the Y-fronts on head and two pencils up the nostrils, and only saying the occassional wibble, may work... Outcome likely mental institute.
Or i might just call the judge a f*cking weopon, and the copper a gay boy(i bet he owned a Scooby on the QT...LOL) Outcome likely two weeks in Benidorm,a £50 Argos voucher.
Or find O.J.Simpsons lawyer Likely outcome Totally clean license with 12 points credit....the arresting copper in prison for total lying and wearing trousers up to armpits.
Not sure which one yet...but could do with the holiday..

I ain't bettin'
Imatrukahs - I had a norrible accident, May 2000, when the f**kwit in front stopped on a blind S-bend for a pheasant. Nowhere for me to go and a biker coming the other way. I had to switch lanes, to try and avoid the biker and it just didn't work. Plus, it turned out he was an off-duty policeman
It went to court, of course, and I stood to lose my license. In the end, with much being sorry and honest (and a good word from the policeman who interviewed me - yes there are some good ones out there) I was given 8 points and a £210 fine.
My advice - be honest, and sincere. Be sorry for what you've done and accept any comments they make without argument. If the courts understand you realise what you've done and why you're in court, they're more likely to be lenient.
Good luck matey - it's a horrible thing, but at least it's nearly over!
