Default Name the greatest boxer in the history of the sport ?

I`ll kick things off with Frank Bruno, the way he took Oliver McCall apart was ruthless, he was like a young Mike Tyson and nothing was going to stop him.

Dennis Pennis interviewing Big Frank and Eubank.

Well I'll join everyone else who will say Ali (Mr Cassius Clay when I saw him beat Cooper).

With respect, putting dear old Frank above Ali is just not on. Like comparing Des O'Connor with Sinatra

floydd mayweather jnr, i like hatton, but he took him apart, and alays has another gear to step up to get the job done.

i was at wembley when bruno beat mccall, the best atmosphere i have ever experienced, even better than england beating holland euro 96, but he was not a great, really.

I'm meeting Frank Bruno on Saturday. Anyone want me to ask him anything?

I'll vote for the local boy Carl Froch (born 2 July 1977, Nottingham). He's an English super-middleweight professional boxer. His record stands at 23-0 (19KO).

Ask him who told him to hold back after he nearly knocked Tyson off his feet in the first round of their first fight and I he still talks to the person that gave him his advice.

If he'd come out in the second the way he ended the first he'd have won !

Best fighter Ali by an absolute distance, no disrespect to the op, but if you think FB was the greatest you haven't seen much boxing, hundreds of better fighters out there before we even come to mention Bruno.

My favourite fighter Nigel Benn, he came from a brutal era of Middleweight boxing, some of the best contests were back in the early 90's with Benn Eubank and Watson.

Best fight Benn vs McClelland, a sad end for McClelland ultimately but what a fight, sheers guts and determination from Benn.
