Should have his (and others like him) passport revoked once he arrives back, tagged as well as being put on the sex offenders register ...!
-Its not harsh btw - its just that hes been in the spotlight before as a nice entertainer

A few angles of looking at this: Just what do you do with this "problem" (legally and within PC regs
).
"Who" said he is a continuous risk, exactky how much of a risk he is? AFAIK its just the typical media circus. There has been NO reports that he has been recently assessed of his mental state by a professional in that particular field. The assumption by the media that he portrays a "risk" to any and every minor within the country he resides in without quoting any assesment made by a professional who has had direct contact with him doesn't help, just makes it more of a problem - thus far its just pundits and opinions. They "think" this and that and form opinions without actually having contact with him.![Cuckoo](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/cuckoo.gif)
Finally, with this media circus. If YOU were in his shoes, would YOU go back to UK? I don't think so. Not with whats waiting at the other end....bear in mind that is the primary reason why he left the UK in first place. So he's going to do all he can to avoid comming back - I don't blame him.
If it was all kept low key, hush hush. Gave him the impreesion he could return to the UK without consequence. We could have then grabbed him as soon as he stepped off the plane, with little fuss. Send him for assessment. If a risk to himself or others (others, being minors) I'm sure there is enough clause in the mental health act to detain him.

IMHO Gadd really does not want to come 'home'
He will be put on the register and he will not be allowed to leave the UK which makes perfect sense.
Gadd is well known here in the UK and pretty much disliked by most.
He will have a lousy time here and have to live like a recluse and end up spending his money on keeping himself safe from harm. I am not too sure how long his money will last in the UK
In the far east he is much less likely to draw attention and his money will go much, much further and chances are he will be able to indulge himself with his passion for youg girls.
I think this is the root of him not wanting to come back to the UK.

Unfortunately not.
He's not forced back as he has committed no crime in the UK so he can't be made to come back to face justice (as there is no case to answer)
However, as a convicted paedo he will be put on the sex offenders register and potentially have his passport removed.
As for him still being a risk? I would say yes. The reasoning is a bit controversial though so not risking a ban to explain why!

He is a convicted paedophile and he was well into that sort of thing before he left this country for Asia.
I do not believe that he does not realise that what he was doing with those young girls was a shameful and selfish act.
If he can't practise self control over his lusts then he has to be put away, permanently if necessary, for the protection of innocent children.
He deserves no favours.

Everything he gets and more.
Its got to be one of the reasons he moved to that side of the world. He would have easier access to the children to carry on his perverted ways.
I think he will end up killing himself ...

I dont think he is a danger to kids now, mainly as he wont be able to go anywhere as someone would probably assault him, which although I think his crimes are terrible I dont think anyone has the right to do, apart perhaps for anyone who's kids he has interfered with, I cant abide the Council Estate Mob mentality, you know, the ones who burnt down a "Paedetatricians" house.
I bet the currently active Paedo's are loving the fact that all the attention is on Mr Glitter.

He's committed a crime and done the time (arguably not enough due to early release because of an amnesty). Most people think that the time doesn't adequately punish for this crime. That's where attention should be focussed, not on one out of many similar individuals.

Call me cynical, but there was abit of a hoo-har with the case that the girls were pimped by their parents. You know the scene: Needy poor meets Rich foreigner, both of which want to exploit each other - ££££.
Needless to say he commited the crime, but the question arises that if someone else actively went out to sourced/provide the girls for him.

I agree with Alan-G.
There should be some remote island somewhere, where all the dirty scum like Glitter can be put .. they shouldnt be allowed back into society, where most of them choose to live in a house near to a school
