Moving to Cornwall and looking at phone/broadband for the new place. The local exchange has no kit in it for BB except BT's so the current Talktalk cheapo bundle I get isn't available (with no Talktalk LLU kit you get charged an extra £15 a month for BB making phone + BB about £32).
BT do a bundle for £26 a month which is looking favourite. Anyone else looked into this scenario and get a cheaper solution?

PS: looks like in the middle of nowhere in C'wall I'll get BB that is twice what I get here in the prosperous SE ....

I've been with BT for a few years. Not all plain sailing, but way better than the spivs at Talk Talk. At least you can talk to someone if you have a complaint, and they LISTEN. They F'd up my BB connection when we moved a couple of years ago, but they gave me 6 months free in compensation. BT seem to realise you hve a choice.

After months and months I ended up disconnecting any adsl line completely and starting again( I know they use BT exchange) but Tiscali all the way for me, Price, speed and customer services.

If you go to Samknows Broadband - Broadband Availability Checker enter your phone number and postcode then it will show you all your options (i.e. whether you can get Sky, Virgin, O2, Be etc...).
