spitfires are out again
two of them just went roaring above our house, so close, just love the sound

The Lancaster did a few flypasts a few hours ago.
I'm at Waddington which is only a short flight from their base at Coningsby

Haven't they still got a Hurricane now, I know the one they used to have got burned out.

Looking forward to 11th Sept, we have a Battle of Britain memorial day here. BBMF, Eurofigher Typhon, Harrier, all sorts

They actually have two airworthy Hurricanes Les, along with a couple retained for 'spares or repair'
