Default Being seven years old!.

Im sat here typing this with a broad smile on my face, just watching my 7 year old lad playing out with his mates on their bikes,

they have had their tea, and a biscuit each, messed around on youtube, and are now raicing up and down, without a care in the world.

God i envy them so much.

no targets no s.o.p's no meetings or deadlines, no mortgage, no problems,

Glad to hear they're actually outside!

I used to love the school holidays when I was about 10, rule was be in 5 mins after the streetlights came on, sometimes that was pretty late!
Have your tea, back out and with the time being the only thing to worry about, it was a pretty carefree time.

Good to hear so many parents getting their kids out of the house. Mine spend most of the day outside, come rain or shine. Hate to hear of kids sat in front of TV or playstation etc. all day. Mind you mine have dug up the garden and left the garage looking like a dump.

One of my brothers did this to me with a bamboo cane when I was happily cycling round and round the garden. I went straight over the handlebars!

To this day, he always says that even though he got a good hiding from Dad, it was so spectacular he wanted to do it again!
