That is amazing that the guys in the plane survived. Do you know more about the story? It looks like it would have been certain death judging by the angle etc.
What were their injuries? (hope that doesn't sound morbid)

I think you'll find that each of those exposures were of the order of several hundred nanoseconds, if not considerably longer

Not a eurostar either fuji, though the wingtips are superficially similar, the flaps on the eurostar are bottom surface only, under the wing.
It's a Vans RV-7A (the EASY clue is, as you can see, lettering on the front edge of the black grip area on the right wing

[edit to add]@Butkus - it had landed and was slowing when this happened, it went '@rse over tip' - had it 'arrived' in the attitude photographed the results would have been VERY conclusive
As accidents go - relatively low energy, and on the less dangerous end of the scale. Things usually go badly when sudden stops are involved.. sliding about the place shedding bits is a good thing(!)
Here's the accident report (via a quick google search for vans, DRM(the reg on the side of the fuselage) etc).

) Unusually for a vans this one (had) a nosewheel. That collapsed, causing the pitch over you see. Minor injury to one crew.
