Fekkin' Virgin..........AGAIN.
OK, so I'm still with these wnakers.
I had an appointment booked for yesterday evening between 4 and 7pm, for them to look at my digibox. No-one turned up.
Rang this morning. "Oh yes, sir, your appointment was cancelled. We did try and ring you".
I asked when, and they apparently tried to ring sunday
Lies! There was someone here all day, I have an answering machine and no message was left.
This is the THIRD time these liars have done this to me
What the hell happened to service. Even NTL were better.

You think you got it bad Alcazar, I've got some lunatic registering as me on other forums, trying to find out my address via my numerplate. All so he can come round and duff me in

For the record, I've had pretty good service from Virgin, loads better than BT broadband. I don't however, have the phonecalls and TV package, just interbweb @ £18 p/m.

A member who's basically taken exception and accused me of uber happy reporting and infractions etc. Just got to the stage where said member is using new alises to threaten me and obtain my details so they can "*** kik my 'ed in".
Using other forums and my username to obtain this too, as I have found out via SIDC.

Thats fair enough, but then he has said details for a private visit with chav friends in a few weeks/months time.
I may have to invest in a new bat and drill some nail holes in it for, ahem, err, hmm, rat problems... in my car
