Default Inverita Validation Services

Morning,

I've just received a comp slip through the door from the above.

Subject (hand written)

Dear (me in full)

Please ring Phil Darvall (phone no) (Ref no) RE Accident.
Enquiry on behalf of your insurer's
Their address:
Delta House, Aplhagate Drive, Denton House, Manchester, M34 3SH
- Homepage
T/A Capita Inverita Ltd

One important thing - I've not had a accident in the last 9 years. . . And that was my fault with no one else involved.

Any ideas?

Apparently I was involved in a near fatal accident (very serious apparently) on the 4th of March 2005 on the A520 in Leek.

I was allegedly driving a ford Mondeo reg R232 LFH while over the drink drive limit (and was later prosecuted).

I hasten to add that it was not me. I'd never drive a Mondeo.

I wouldnt worry too much. Drink driving is a criminal offence, so the pisshead will have been photographed and fingerprinted: proving that it wasnt you will be a relatively straightforward matter. Of course, extracting your details from the criminal justice system will be a nightmare and youll probably end up involving your MP.....

Cool

thats one of our companies....capita inverita....fraud prevention, investigation...and so forth...

this was our press release from 2007.....

Capita today unveils its newly formed business, Inverita, which offers fraud prevention, detection and management, through the provision of training, consultancy, field investigation, liability and recovery services. Operating under Capita Insurance Services, this business brings Brownsword, Investigation Services and Advanced Validation Services together under one management structure to provide a highly specialised and unique service within the larger Capita fold.

For further information, please go to - Homepage, call 0161 337 4000, or contact John Freeman, sales and strategy director, by emailing info@inverita.co.uk.

The business was awarded the Insurance Times ‘Training Programme of the Year’ award in 2006 for its corporate fraud investigator programme as well as the BPO Service Provider of the Year award by the National Outsourcing Association

they are normally very thorough....they will come round, do the usual questions...then confirm back to base that its not you...and thats it....but be prepared to be asked very vague questions....!
