If your f*cked up enough not to know what sex you are and you still have the relevent 'tackle' then as far as I'm concerned your capable of raping some lass thats in those toilets by herself. If I found out a 'man' had just been using the facilitys while the other half was in there I'd kick the living f*ck out of 'it'. PC gone mad.

Who cares what gender toilets are supposed to be?
I feel gender specific toilets can only be an idiom that derived from some outdated aincient British tradition. Although if it was down to the Victorians, there would also be 1st class toilets in addition to stowage class, LOL.
Apart from pooing and pi**ing (which isn't gender specific, I've been reliably informed that well trained women can also use urinals), what else do people feel the need to do in toilets to make them gender specific?
One could question privacy, well thats simple: Put the urinals in cubicals and then everyone gets the same privacy.
In many overseas countries, the toilets in bars/clubs/restaurants aren't gender specific. Usually because there is only one toilet!
And just think, men everywhere would feel liberated at being able to know what women get up to when they go in pairs, LOL.

Do you want some cotton wool to wrap yourself up in? Christ if a wacko wants to take advantage I dont think they'd have to dress up as a woman or anything to get into the womens toilets unoticed

Makes it somewhat easier though don't you think? As someone said previously some toilets abroad are shared, a few clubs ive been in here are aswell but they are adapted to suit. In this case they have just changed the sign.

If i was a pro rapist, i dont think the sign on the door will prevent much of a problem, its not an actual forcefield?

Difference is it's not the norm for a guy to enter a female toilet, so if he were to do so it would attract attention. Therefore making it harder to slip into an area that may have a vulnerable woman it in. This would change if toilets were no longer gender specific.

Not convinced. Its not like the toilets are being watched constantly by someone. Have you never walked into the womens toilets simply by mistake before? I know I have, sure you realise as soon as youve just walked in but nobody stopped me walking in in the first place

Fookin students.
they should get a grip of life.
I know one restuarant I go to has shared wash hand basins- it is very strange going through to the same area (the toilets are seperated)
it does seem to slightly freak the ladies out- they're busy doing there hair/make up etc and you wander round.
mens should stay mens, ladies stay ladies w.c.s
if some freak wants to mess about pretending to be a woman or can't decide what sex they are- let them have a widdle in a bush.
I don't fancy using w.c's whilst some bloke in a dress pi**es next to me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Is this Political correctness gone made?”
“I think Political correctness gone mad is in itself an un-politically correct term. I don’t think it is..”
“Why?”
“Because using the term mad in a derogatory way is dis-abalist (is there such a word?) in itself.”
Someone please go and slap some sense into this crazy bird.

Just cause the bloke is wearing a dress why does it make you feel uncomfortable? Just ignore them and do your own thing.

Great!
Now us chaps can hear even more complaints from women that we leave the seat up!
Still it gives us more opportunity to emerge from the loo and proudly -now publicly- proclaim:
"I'd give it a few minutes if I were you, love"

Even with all the nonsense that we have had to put up with from the PC Plonkers so far, I find this latest one is absolutely OTT.
Regardless of one's sexual preferences, if you have the tackle then there is no reason why you can't use the convenience which is appropriate to it. There is no real reason why it should be embarrassing in any way anyway since there is sufficient privacy at a urinal in the men's and obviously plenty of privacy for women.
This proposal is quite ridiculous and would actually create more embarrassment for others who are normally inclined anyway.
