I have bit the bullet and quit the gym after being a member there for about two years. As with all the prices going up and the gym putting the cost up to 54quid a month!!!![EEK!](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/eek.gif)
So I've bought some weights and a basic bench off ebay, and some more cast iron disc weights from decathlon. Oh and one of them giant ***** (are they called swiss *****)
So I'm fully armed with disc weights, bench, barbells and dumbells and one massive ball. Can anyone recommend me any good workouts to add some lean muscle and tone up. Used to have a proper routine at the gym but i'm now missing a lot of machines etc![Frown](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/frown.gif)
Any ideas for back workouts? I used to do Lat pull downs and wide grip chin ups etc. But now all I have is my giant ***** and a bench !!!

bent over single arm rows.
dead lifts.
use the bar with weights on one end only and do standing row.
find something to take your body weight and you can pull up on then with the ball support your feet and pull yourself up. Few idas for your back there.
