Energy suppliers...
Anyone bothered to swap lately? I've had Scottish Power keep calling me up and tonight I decided to give the bloke a break and listen to his sales pitch. Allegedly they are the cheapest whether on fixed price on normal price. Uswitch doesn't seem to agree even though he said they are shown on Uswitch as being the cheapest and will save me 8% on my duel bills.
Anyone else use or switched to them lately? I'm currently with EDF and tempted to move just so i'm with a British company instead of giving my money to the frogs.

I recently switched from British Gas to Npower - very painless.
Use Uswitch.com to help you decide who is best, then double check the figures yourself as uswitch always paints the best picture to get u to move!

I'm just in the motions of swapping my electric and landline to Southern electric, who are I'm informed a Birtish company. Can't be any more expensive than British Gas or any harder to call/understand either.

If you're going to change suppliers worth checking Quidco and going through their site to do so. Can get some good cashback deals at the mo.

It's easy. Sign up, find the supplier you want on Quidco, go through to their site and just sign up as you normally would. It tracks in Quidco and a month or two later you get the money paid to your bank account. I use it all the time for any online stuff. Had £260 back so far for nothing more than a few clicks. It's a no brainer IMO>
