Thumbs up Yello - still sound pretty damn good

Just caught the end of Ferris Bullers Day Off and it got me thinking about Yello, dusted off a box in tyhe garage and heh presto i di have a few cc tapes of thier stuff, used to listen to it all the time some 15-20 years ago and forgotten just how good they sound.

...will be buying a few CD's at the weekend to get them on me 'pod

I re-discovered one of their CDs the other day and I know exactly what you mean, they do sound pretty damn good, very contemporary despite being (in some cases) 20 years old or more. Mind you I've also been getting back into Hawkwind as well so read into that what you will

Lost again is awesome,

It was the theme tune to the "Oxford roadshow", anyone remember that


"Oh yeah", was another superb track, oh the joys of having a stereo vhs

recorder with audio outs in the 80's


I have a couple of there CD's downstairs, interestingly, both CD,s have

"Lost again" on, but they are different versions

JUst building a house and putting a Bose home cinema and multiroom sound thing in. Did the Bose shop experience - Lifestyle 48 system awsome !!! - and second visit took a Yello CD to listen to some music through it The Race sounded
