Default What eats Moss

Bit of a weird question i know.

But when i got up this morning the patio was a right mess. Something has dug up all the moss from between the paving slabs on the patio & im a little puzzled as to what.

We do get hedgehogs in the garden but the patio is about a foot off the ground so i cant see how they would have got up.

We dont get cats in the garden as we have one of those sonic things to scare them away.

Anyone got any ideas of what it could be ?

Jamie Hince?

Has your missus started sleep gardening again? If it was early spring I'd guess at birds, nesting material. It certainly isn't Mick Jagger.

Birds!.. moss gathers in the guttering, they do that silly 'flick' thing they do ( like a pigeon with bread) and hey presto.. your patio is covered every morning
