Anyone been or living in newcastle that can recommend anywhere that should'nt be missed?
Going on a stag weekend, staying at the Holiday Inn Metro Centre, out on **** Friday, All day paintball on the saturday and then out at night.
Most of the lads are into Indie Music and a wee bit of the old skool trance

Quayside is never ending drinking. Jesmond is also great.
No need to give specific pubs as there are loads to chose from, all excellent.
Just remember, no one wears coats in Newcastle

As said. Stick to the Quayside. Stay away from the Big Market. Lots of trouble there.
TBH Newcastle is too busy these days. I keep away now. Standing in a que just to get into a bar is not my idea of a good night out. Takes fecking ages to get served too.

In its last weeks of use, it hosted a special guest night with many of the couples who originally used the boat and some of whom who met on the Tuxedo Princess. On 27 July 2008 the boat was towed away from its mooring to a new usage in Greece.
On 6 October 2008, the Newcastle Evening Chronicle that the vessel is currently berthed in Piraeus, Greece and is likely to be scrapped. This is a change from earlier reports which envisaged its conversion to a casino.
