As long as you are not talking about illegally downloaded games...
You just transfer them onto the MicroSD card using a card reader.

I got a TT which is similar to R4 last year for my daughter.
Works very well.
For those that don't know its for a Nintendo DS and is like a game cartridge but has a little SD card in the back. You can view pics and watch films you've already bought etc etc.

Had an R4, but recently got M3s for the kids, which are much better IMO.
