If Internet Brands have done this, then perhaps they should concentrate more on fixing the site ?

His attitude towards members and advertisers had a lot to do with quite a few people leaving, to the detriment of the site.
Glad to see him go too.

Scoobynet has changed a lot over the years, mainly due to the changing ownership profile of Subaru owners but also, in no small part, due to the increased "input" of the webmaster(s). I'll wait and see if the new owners adopt the same nannying approach. If they don't, it would be great to see some of the people who have either been banned or driven away posting again, to make this site the vibrant place it used to be before The Sanitisation Project.

just remember folks, plenty of us were told that we are "idiots" and he will still be around years after we have either been banned, or left

What has been happening. I got p*ssed off with the site about a year {or 2} ago and stopped posting but have come back in the last 2 weeks to all of this about the new and old owners. Damn I always miss the fun

I was with him at the Tempest Rally and the numptie got me lost trying to find a corner on the stage. So if his sense of direction is that bad, then I doubt he can find his way around here

I doubt that he has been stabbed in the back in the way that you suggest.
That said, if I am wrong then he can appeal in policy and we can all say our piece.
