The poll on is SN better before IN took over was at about 77% on a NO, it's not.
Someone says the new Webmaster's post is imminent (great, can't wait) and there's a bit of general banter about it.
This results in a locked thread, with a school teacher message.
Signs of an even poorer, more **** site?
It would seem so.
Ciao.

Who knows
The thread had kinda run it's course, But pity it was locked as I was just gonna wish IB the best of luck! but hey ho!
I do hope SN picks up, but I'll not keep my hopes up, lets just wait to see what the new Admin team are like, I'm sure it'll take a while for them to settle in and sort the place out, good luck to 'em it's not a job I'd like to do!

It would've been better, how many times have we seen a thread "lose it's way" overnight but recover during the dayshift? Just locking it though, well that's restrictive....

As someone who used to find it hard to get through a hard days work without a few visits to ScoobyNet for a general laugh / poke some fun at some **** / see the community flourish It's a real shame that I only read the stuff once in a blue moon when I'm sat at home and my work connection is down.
There doesn't seem to be any humour here at all now - Well except maybe the occaisional crap joke from Swiss Tony
.
It would seem I'm cured of my ScoobyNet Addiction.
It would appear there are some good things to have come out of the changes in the last year![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)

One thing I was pleased to see was that he said he is an exponent of witty banter. That will make a pleasant change alright. Any sign of that before used to lead to a locked thread or worse!

+ how ever many we're up to.

Stu could quite easily be Simon from where I'm sitting reading his posting style.
Fixing the bugs should have been immediate the moment they are reported by paying members, so no points there from me I'm afraid just because they've 'suddenly' fixed them now. Though kudos for admitting that.
Commercialism, legalities and so forth, possibly can't now in this PC age run along side the way the site was and so on that note, IB need to protect themselves from its very own members.
I'm off to lick a window.
