They only have "report an incident" but I'm sure a quick phone call will get things moving.

Phone call alerts them, but little or nothing will be done.

If you REALLY want to put the cat among the pigeons, you'll have to put it in writing. They will keep their sources anonymous.

I do want to put the cat amongst the pigeons, and I don't mind putting in writing nor am I bothered about being anonymous or not

If you are not bothered about sticking your head above the parapet then write a leter to the HSE about your concerns, request a copy of the report using FOI act and copy to Local Paper, local MP, Nick Raynsford (fire service minister) and Local Chief Fire Officer...then stand back LOL

Quality episode that one

Yes they have pi**ed me off, they are suing me for breach of contract (of which they have no evidence) so I thought I would give them a bit of payback

Ring your local HSE fella, Have a chat see what they think,
I had a issue with a VX dealer a few years ago, they had the car on a 2 poster but it was in small blocks of wood 50x50x50mm so not safe, I took photos and stopped them working on my car,
I was told I didnt know what I was on about and they did this all the time(seriously)
Anyway a call to the local HSE and they followed it up.
