Secret Santa
Annoyingly at work this year we are doing secret santa. Usually wouldnt be too bad but i have to get something for someone, for under £10 starting with the letter "Z".
Any ideas, nothing too rude although i work in the construction industry so kind of expected i guess.
Any ideas anyone?.

Last time I had to buy for secret Santa was when I had to buy for the girl who was always on a diet.
I got her a chocolate cake
I realise "chocolate cake" doesn't start the letter "Z", but hopefully it'll inspire you not to go for the expected gifts

Does not help you now but the last person who tried this at work, was told that if she had time to mess around with secret Santa then obviously has too much time on her hands so got given more work to do !

I was once bought a pink nodding poodle because they thought it was funny what with me being a thug type with an Impreza an all That was the funniest one...
This year I have bah humbugged my way out of partaking in such tripe and folley
That said, if I had to buy someone something for under a tenner beginning with Z it would be a Zukini (cant be bothered with spell check though )

IMHO
Tell them to stuff their secret Santa....every year I refuse to take part in our annual office 'waste of cash'.
You spend £5 or £10 on a pile of crap for someone that 9 times out of 10 you couldn't give a toss about, the paltry gift then stays in their desk drawer until next year. FFS, someone here received a jar of 'pickled fruit' one year
Suggested to my department this year (and last) that instead of frittering away cash, we should all take our £10 and collectively buy stuff from UNICEF.

as much as it probably is a waste of time and money i am jumping on the bandwagon as i will be the only one not doing it.
