I'd say its kid alright! its ok but when you see the juniors race motocross, whipping it sideways over a tabletop............thats impressive!I raced for a lot of years but every chance i got i'd go and watch the kids,a the lack of fear and total control was mental

For all you know he could be the next Valentino Rossi!!! everyone has to start somewhere and as you can see the kid who is probably no more than 3 or 4 is in total control of that bike and he has a helmet on so what is the big deal?

Im with you. With so many great products on the markets there is no excuse for this level of cruelty. I mean they could have least gone for the Windsor pine, not just plain old bleach.

I was troubled by the same hair dye issues in my childhood, I fear it has caused my current baldness.

Now that is shocking!
That's one of the most idiotic things I've heard someone allowing their child to do (barring the automatic rifle father and kid).

This reminded me back in the day of the YZ50 when my brother was practicing for the coming weekends racing. He was 6 at the time and pulled in for some adjustments. One fiddle with the timing later he went to pull away and his bike actually went backwards. Of course nobody believed him until he did it again, put his feet up and moved off

Back to the OP and having raced competitively myself from the age of 9, I coached my daughter before her 4th Birthday to be riding flat out around our field on a Peewee, pulling wheelies and jumping over man made jumps so although I'd have liked to see the young lad with arm protection, it was great to watch.

If it was my kids I would go for a leather jacket and full face helmet. Other than that..... all the greatest racers were racing at that age

He looks pretty competent, as long as he has adequate protection-why not. I would be happy for mine to do it as long as he was sensible enough not to be silly about it.
