Saw a ghost at the airport !
Was a week or so ago, was picking up my luggage at the baggage carousel in Manchester's T3 having just come back from London, I saw a narrow black case come round, I thought, I wonder what that is ?
A Snooker cue I bet, a small wizened man in a hat picked it up immediately, he looked familiar, I pondered it for a while, I knew i had seen him before, Snooker, f*ckin ell it was "Hurricane Higgins", more of a feeble breeze than a Hurricane these days but it was definitely him, which got me thinking, I could have sworn he was dead, I mean, he didn't look a picture of health but not dead.

Does look a bit rough doesnt he. Shame , he was a great showman in his day.
