Non-scooby related section is worth an interesting read, and a place to participate where/when desired IMO.
2008 is on it's way out, some threads are long remembered, some bear a nature to be forgotton like a love letter from Santa![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
However, we all like different things.
Feel free to put your choice of the best thread that you may remember for longer than you will remember Tony Blair
, come on.
Please feel free to offer nominations, or personal appreciation awards on this thread. I am not sticking just a selected few threads of my choice for you to poll, it wouldn't be fair.
My "Best thread of the year award" goes to>
https://www.scoobynet.com/non-scooby...-poor-kid.html
Above thread didn't run for longer than just about two pages, but it was a remarkable read for me, a great thread long remembered.
Thanks, Scoobynet.

Post of the year for me goes to DCI. It was on a thread about noisy neighbours and his post contained a set of Village People smilies.
Wife and I were in floods of tears.

Great topic btw
I think to me the best one so far has to be the one by Jacko when he was describing his kids birthday party and the cake ending up on the floor. For the life of me I cant find it, so if some kind person can find it and post up the link then![Thumb](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/thumb.gif)
Found it, only two pages but what a great story he tells

I don't think there is one thread that really sticks out for me. They have all had their moments of tickling me to bits. Some more than others. Not mentioning names, but some posters on here have me PMSL just at the mention of their name. I think they know who they are ![Thumb](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/thumb.gif)
There has been some utterly boring drivel too, but I have just read one line and ignored them

Let's face it - under infractions the only heated area in the whole place was ScoobyNet Policy - it was getting a bit like CWE in there sometimes
.
Still - things is on the up so far - Maybe 2009 will bring some new classic threads
