70's child I remember coming home from primary school and watching it

That and bagpuss are the only ones I really remember, although when my daughter and son were younger they did watch allot of Barney

My daughter was mad on Barney too, she is 12 now and has kept all her Barney videos and teddies etc!

I didn't spend my childhood in this side of the world,but my children did. I watched several children's programmes with them, when they were younger. My favourite is Sylvester and Tweety Pie. I think It ran as a series on Sky Cartoon Network, and we still have it in a video format. The chases between Sylvester and Tweety got me in stitches on countless occasions
