OH MY GOOD GOD!!!! 
A nineteen year old lad in America, 57 stone, eats 8000 calories a day and has fungus under his rolls of fat!
As if that isn't enough, his mum fetches him all his food, burgers, chips, you name it...she can't see that she's killing him!

I'm finding it hard to fathom how the hell he has put on so much weight at such a young age, there are only 24hours a day to stuff your face!
I remember watching a chap called Jack on the BBC with a stupid hair cut, he put it away but was old and no where near as big as this poor lad.
