been bust a few times to be honest, had at least 1 management buyout that i am aware of

no shock they have gone bust. in the one near me, the staff were useless at times. i placed an order for something with them and went back 2 weeks later as they had not called. they said no order placed, so i went through the diary with the manager (it was him i spoke to) and he noted the order and said he'd call in a week....2 weeks later no call. went back in and asked and he was as unhelpful as the first time so i thought stuff 'em and bought the item cheaper online.
