weird about terms isn't it- look at those 3 in london this week who got 6-8 yrs for raping and then burning a girl with caustic soda whilst filming it.

I'd say that crime was significantly worse. At least that sentence is being queried.

Not only is the prison sentence far too lenient I think she should be forced to pay back all the tax payers money she wasted on police searches etc.

Basically whatever she earns between now and her death should be taken away from her and just be given a small allowance that is just enough to get by on. Then you have the choice - eat or spend on ****/booze.

I think it was evident when it first happened, we weren't dealing with exactly the best of society. Yes they'll be rehoused at great expense elsewhere with all the costs following that.

8 years is just not enough for what she did and hardly acts as a deterrant or sends out the right messages.

more like double would suit the crimes she commited imho

"tough on crime my ***", sentencing reviews seem to have gone by the wayside and more concern over to few prison spaces/places seem to affect the sentence more than the severity of the crime(s)
