Jonathan Ross Returns...
Jonathan Ross returns to his chat show this evening and his radio show tomorrow morning.
I like the man, he entertains me whilst I am doing 'taxi' duties for my children on Saturday.

I find the guy funny, he can be a bit OTT with some guests on his TV show but that`s him really,
I have missed his type of humor and I am glad he is back tonight, I hope its not too watered down,
He is very marmite, you either like him or you don`t, If you don`t you just turn over thats how it works if I come across something I don`t like on TV.

BBC should have chopped him, not for the call, just for being completely unfunny and spunking a ridiculous amount of licence payers money. He isn't worth it, used to love his show but it is soooo tired and dated, drop it and him and move on.

Well I'm glad he's back on, Friday nights have been duller without him
I have to agree with Nat though, they could have found someone a bit more interesting than Tom Cruise for the first show back They should have given more time to Stephen Fry and Lee Evans
PS; I'm getting fed up of listening to all the usual fckwits complaining about how much he gets paid That's all they were going on about on the radio this morning
Why don't these dumb ******* get it into their heads, he doesn't cost the licence payers a bean, for two reasons;
1/ His alleged 'salary' is in fact a contract with his production company to provide 2 series of TV talk shows per year, and a weekly radio show.
2/ When compared with the money recouped by the BBC from both domestic and international resale of those shows, the initial sum paid to Ross' production company for their creation almost pales into insignificance
In fact BigJay, if the BBC were to sack Ross, your (and my) licence fee would probably have to increase to cover the hole that would be left in the BBC's budget

My Verdict
If tonights "Comeback" show was indicative of the standard one can expect then I'll be sure, absolutely certain to give it a miss.
Complete YAWNFEST, Dull as ditchwater. Not helped by having that turd Tom Cruise on.
----------------
Still watching in the hope it gets better. So far the biggest laugh in the studio was when Ross cracked a "Joke" about passing wind in bed

I listened to the show last night as I was working on the PC the wife watched it though.
Interestingly I noticed that 90% of the chat was Ross'. Hardly a chat show is it, more like the Jonathan Ross Spouts Forth!
The guy is sh!te, and a w@nker. Oh and he's a fat b'stard too.
Can you tell I don't like him?

Didn't watch the show but heard on the radio that it was a good performance by him, if not a little toned down...I couldn't care either way

Woss is the only thing that makes paying the TV Licence worth while. It was good to have him back, although the programme was edited a bit to much. We all know JR wouldnt get through the show without saying "fu*k" at least a half dozen times
